Wellmon Systems does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code within its ordinary business systems.

We may collect information you provide through email, forms, onboarding calls, support requests, billing requests, cancellation requests, pause or reactivation requests, website-edit requests, and other communications.
Technical and Usage Information

The Wellmon customer remains responsible for determining what Customer Data is collected and for providing any legally required notices, disclosures, and consent to its own customers.

- Responding to requests from its own customers
- Maintaining accurate account permissions
- Using the system in accordance with applicable law
Wellmon Systems does not independently control how each customer chooses to communicate with its leads or clients.

No internet transmission, software platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for:

- Not sharing passwords, card information, verification codes, or backup codes through insecure channels
- Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account access
